Abhishek tries to get Aishwarya ad work

Abhishek Bachchan has been sacked as brand ambassador for electronics brand LG, after he asked them to sign up his wife Aishwarya Rai for the same.

LG are now refusing to renew the contract and are not happy with Abhishek laying down terms. A source reveals, “Abhishek and Ash are trying hard to be the power couple in Bollywood. They get loads of offers for deals and endorsements. However, most of the deals don’t work out as they have exorbitant prices and want to get joint endorsements. They tried to take the same approach with LG, but it didn’t work out.”

LG are now expected to sign up either Akshay Kumar or Shahid Kapur.
