Aishwarya wants a baby not a Robot

Bollywood is buzzing with the news that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan could be taking a year of to start a family.

The rumors were flamed after reports that Aishwarya has dropped out of the Rajnikanth starrer Robot. Ash was offered Rs 6 crore for the film, which will be directed by Shankar, but she could not spare the dates. Apparently, Shankar requested 2 years of dates, something that Ash could not provide as her husband and father-in-law want a new Bachchan to graze the world.

Earlier, Deepika Padukone was also picked and then dropped from the film. Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Hrithik Roshan were also approached for different roles in the film, with Shankar resting on his Sivaji hero Rajnikanth.
