Abhishek and Aishwarya back with Mani

Husband and wife duo Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai have signed for yet another Mani Ratnam film, industry insiders say.

Mani Ratnam is currently planning his next film, which will be a romance, and has managed to get both Abhi and Ash on board. Mani’s movies with Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan have been on hold for some time now, and it seems the perfectionist director wants to start on something quick.

Both Abhishek and Aishwarya were critically praised for their roles in 2007’s big hit Guru, directed by Mani Ratnam of course.
