Munna Bhai in limbo after Circuit quits

Reports in Indian newspapers state that Arshad Warsi has sensationally walked out of the Dhamaal sequel, and has threatened not to reprise the role of Circuit for the third Munna Bhai film.

It is being said Arshad has decided not to do Dhamaal after he had some disagreements with the lead actor Sanjay Dutt. When Arshad was approached about this news, he stated that he hadn’t walked out on this film because he had yet to sign it. The director, Indra Kumar, and fellow actors have also denied this rumour.

With Arshad Warsi now not a part of Dhamaal, questions are being raised about Munna Bhai Chale America, the third film in the Munna Bhai series. If Arshad Warsi decided not to work alongside Sanjay Dutt then the movie may itself be shelved, as Arshad’s character Circuit is an integral part of the films.
