Kareena, Akshay adjudged best at Stardust film awards

Shah Rukh Khan fans might not agree with me on this one, but an award for the deserving hit machine Akshay Kumar was more than welcome for me. The actor had given back-to-back four hits in a row last year, becoming only the fourth Indian ever to achieve it.

Kareena bagged her second award of the year for her vivacious role in Imtiaz Ali’s Jab We Met. Kareena also performed at the awards functions.

The Stardust film awards was held at the Bandra Kurla complex in Mumbai on the Republic Day night. The night glittered with stars and gliterrati alike.
