When Shreyas Talpade was made a bakra by Kukunoor

Making Bakra out of celebrities is the desi equivalent of getting punked by Ashton Kutcher. And celebrities, whether they are amused or not have to face it. To lighten up the Bombay to Bangkok crew’s mood, director Nagesh Kukunoor planned a bakra on Shreays Talpade.

The actor was asked to eat Thai dishes for a scene. When Shreyas found that there were crickets, silkworms and grasshoppers served to him, he resisted. Nagesh asked him to eat them as they were needed for authentication.

Once Shreyas ate from the plates, the whole crew burst out laughing and calling Shreyas a bakra. And poor Shreyu couldn’t help but laugh after the ‘bakra’ session.
