UTV to launch its own music label with Jodha Akbar

After the upset by Big Music’s withdrawal from promoting the music of Ashutosh Gowarikar’s much awaited Jodha Akbar, this seems to be a blessing in disguise for the producers of the film, UTV Motions Pictures.

The production house along with AGPPL (Ashutosh Gowaikar Productions Private Limited) have finally decided that a music label of UTV will launched exclusively for the film. The film’s music will now be promoted by the production house itself.

There couldn’t have been a better launch for the music label than the mighty combo of Ashutoch Gowarikar, A R Rehman, Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai.
