Shah Rukh upset over BCCI’s comments
The King Khan’s appearance for the Twenty-20 cricket tournament final and then in the final of the Indo-Austrailian one-dayers wasn’t taken in good spirits by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). The comments which came from the BCCI officials seem to have upset SRK too.

In an interview with cricket commentator Rameez Raja, BCCI official Ratnakar Shetty found SRK’s appearance alongwith Om Shanti Om co-star Deepika Padukone ’slightly debatable’ and dissapproved of film celebrities using cricket matches as a platform to promote their films.
Reacting to BCCI’s comments, SRK was found upset as he said that he didnt need other platforms like cricket matches to promote his films. He said that his children were fans of many of the star cricketers and he is also friendly with many of the team members due to his ad shooting with them for many brands.
Meanwhile, BCCI Vice-President and MP, Rajiv Shukla finds celebrity presence in cricket matches as no offence or publicity gimmick, therefore, SRK can continue to root for Team India.
