To cater to a much larger audience and to reach the non-Hindi speaking population of South India, Jodha Akbar will also be released in Tamil, Telegu. The dubbing of the film in the two regional languages is still left over to be done.

Jodha Akbar is touted to create quite a stir because of the coming back of the hit ‘Dhoom’ pair of Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in never-before-seen roles. Ashutosh Gowarikar’s last films Lagaan and Swades, were a box office successs, Academy award nominated and critically acclaimed film respectively.
