UTV to market Akshay starrer ‘Welcome’
The stakes are high for forthcoming release Welcome from Anees Basmee as it has the giants in the industry fighting for it.
Eros International first offered a sum of 48 crores to producer Feroze Nadiadwala which was out done by another major production house tv18 which offered a sum of 49 crores. The deal finally went to UTV like always who signed the deal for a whooping 50 crores with Nadiadwala’s Base Industries Group.
The film stars Feroz Khan, Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar and Mallika Sherawat. And the pair of Katrina and Akshay Kumar come together for the third time in the movie.
