The Garodia family goes out for dinner to celebrate. Suryakant throws Karan out when he finds him talking to Laxmi. Everybody is shocked to know that Karan is the other party whom their lawyer had called for out of court settlement. Karan readily gives away the property to Suryakant. During Halki’s God Bharai, Rajmata makes Pavitra’s child an heir to her property. Menka asks Suryakant to transfer the factory property on Yuvraj’s name. Durga is shocked to hear Pavitra discussing her plan with Rajmata.
