ZEE Network has acquired a bunch of new and old movies to add to its already huge repertoire.

The films under the production banners of AA Nadiadwalla’s AG Vision, Feroz Nadiadwalla’s Base Industries Group, Prakash Mehra Productions and Guddu Dhanoa’s Bhagwan Chitra Madir will all be shown on ZEE Network over the coming months.

This year’s mediocre hit movie ‘Fool and Final’ is a part of the big collection of films acquired. Old names such as ‘Awara Pagal Deewana’, ‘Ram Shastra’ and ‘Kartoos’ will also be shown.

Rights of 12 Prakash Mehra’s movies including ‘Zanjeer’, ‘Laawaris’, ‘Muqaddar Ka Sikander’, ‘Sharabi’, ‘Khoon Pasina’, ‘Jaadugar’, ‘Zindagi Ek Juaa’, ‘Jwalamukhi’, ‘Mohabbat Ke Dushman’, ‘Himalay Se Ooncha’, ‘Dalaal’ and ‘Ghungroo’ have also been acquired.

24 movies from AA Nadiadwalla namely Opera House, ‘Ek Raaz’, ‘Mahabharat’, ‘Kurukshetra’ (Gujarati), ‘Mahabharatham’ (Tamil), ‘Patthar Ke Sanam’, ‘Izzat’, ‘Meri Bhabhi’, ‘Mela, Dil Ka Raaja’, ‘Raampur Ka Lakshman’, ‘Shaitaan’, ‘Bundle Baaz’, ‘Parvarish’, ‘Khoon Aur Paani’, ‘Jhutha Sach’, ‘Muddat’, ‘Watan Ke Rakhwale’, ‘Sone Pe Suhaga’, ‘Ghar Ho To Aisa’, ‘Pratikaar’, ‘Parampara’, ‘Lahoo Ke Do Rang’ and ‘Hera Pheri’.
