Bollywood Brigade at Bollywood Awards in New York..Anuj Saxena to Present an Award

Bollywood’s extravaganza and charm are situated everywhere in the world. The world’s largest entertainment industry has fan following across the globe. From a kid to an oldie, everybody would love to stay with the Hindi flicks. Bollywood stars are now international stars and respected hugely like their counterparts of Hollywood.

The awards’ functions of Bollywood are what cinegoers love to watch. They are the most glittering events attended by the horde of film celebs with their sparkling on stage performances. This ilk of Bollywood awards’ function was held in New York on 26th of May where the Bollywood brigade came to adorn the show.

TV hottie Anuj Saxena was the only TV star who presented an award at the event by the organizers and his special entry was to be as Dr. Anuj Saxena. In foreign lands, his fans only know him as an actor but not as a doctor. Thus his another professional side cheered up his fans.

The celebs, who set the stage on fire with their sizzling performances, were: Bipasha Basu, Arjun Rampal, Vivek Oberoi, Urmilla Matondkar, Soha Ali Khan, Neha Dhupia, Kangana Ranaut, UK’s coveted vocalist Raghav, Pakistan’s popular actress turned singer Shahida Mini, Caribbean Singer Ricki Ramdehal and Pakistan’s famous singer Waris Beg.

The other people who bedecked the event included Danny Glover, Phylicia Rashad of The Cosby Show, Anupam Kher, Kirron Kher, Upen Patel and Raj Kumar Hirani. Earlier Anuj Saxena went to Port of Spain in West Indies to attend the on location shooting of his film, ‘Dulha Mil Gaya’ churned out by his production house Maverick Productions. The cast includes the big wigs of Bollywood ranging from King Khan (Shahrukh Khan), Sushmita Sen, Fardeen Khan, Suchitra Pillai and Ishitta Sharma. Everyone was present at the outdoor shoot there except Shahrukh Khan.

Anuj has left Sahara One’s show, ‘Doli Saja Ke Rakhna’ because he wants to fully concentrate on his production abode, ‘Maverick Productions’, his pharmaceuticals business, ‘Elder Pharma’ and his newly launched restaurant in Mumbai, ‘Blue Waters’.

On this, Anuj chips in, “It is nice to concentrate with full focus on Maverick, Elder Pharma and my restaurant Blue Waters and I have a lot to achieve also”.

Anuj Saxena is the only male TV actor who was invited to attend this show that was anchored by none other than the gorgeous Mona Singh of Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi fame.
