Sanjay Dutt’s court case shifts ‘Mr Fraud’ from London to Mumbai
For long, the director duo of Abbas Mastan has been trying hard to get dates from Munna bhai for their next venture ‘Mr Fraud’. Finally, they have managed to rope in Sanjay Dutt for their film, but the film’s shooting location has been shifted to suit the hearing dates of Sanju baba’s on-going court case of 1993 bomb blasts in Mumbai.
The movie was scheduled to be shot entirely in London but due to Sanjay Dutt’s on-going court case, the location got shifted to Mumbai as Sanjay Dutt was required in the city. Denis Selarka of production house Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision said, “Abbas, Mastan are busy shooting in South Africa. Once they’re back they’ll decide. They’ve already spoken to Sanjay; the shoot will take place in March.”
Along with Sanjay Dutt, ‘Mr Fraud’ also stars Ajay Devgan, Bipasha Basu and Tanushree Dutta. Meanwhile, Sanjay Dutt will be starring in yet another Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision production titled Kidnap. The film will be directed by Dhoom director Sanjay Gadhvi. Sanjay will be playing a father to a young college-goer.
