Karnik’s ‘Nanhe’ to be screened at the Cannes?



Who is Karnik? It’s Samir Karnik, the man who directed the forgettable Kyun Ho Gaya Na, starring the ex-flames Vivek Oberoi and Aishwarya Rai. The director has been busy with his new film ‘Nanhe’ based on the story of a child. The film will get a special screening at the Cannes Film festival.

In his new film ‘Nanhe’, he has used a child to play the role of the protagonist. The film will be first screened at the Cannes and released much later in India on June 8th.

Other than Nanhe, Samir Karnik is now busy with his new project titled Mera Bharat Mahaan which will be a multi-starrer film tentatively starring Sunny Deol, Salman Khan, Bobby Deol, Preity Zinta and Sohail Khan. Samir also hopes to rope in Big B for a pivotal role in the film.
