Akshay-Priyanka comeback for Priyadarshan?

The successful Bollywood pair of Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra are back again in yet another comedy to be directed by Priyadarshan. The news comes as a surprise as the actors have not worked together for quite some time now, despite their earlier successful run at the box office. The film is being produced by Rajat Jain of Venus Films.

The decision of Akshay being a part of the script has been confirmed by the producers, though Priyanka’s inclusion is yet to be confirmed. The film is being described as a thriller-cum-comedy. Ratan Jain of Venus Productions describes it saying, “It’s not comedy alone, there’s an element of thrill as well.”

The film is expected to be completed by the mid of 2007. The hit pair of Akshay and Priyanka had earlier been part of successful films like Andaaz, Aitraaz, Mujhse Shaadi Karoge and Waqt.
