The second sequel to the successful Dhoom by Sanjay Gadhvi, got the record opening all over India. The breath-taking stunts, sizzling babes and cool gadgets won millions of heart with its sleek look that spoke quantum about the changing face of the Indian face. The movie catered every fancy of the common man. The movie has earned a whopping net gross of over 68 crores in its fourth week itself. The movie is heading towards breaking all the possible records at the box office with its face value and the Hrithik ‘Mr A’ Roshan factor. Dhoom 2 has earned a jaw-dropping 83 crores net gross in US alone and is slated to be the biggest blockbuster of all times as the collections are incredible at the early stages after its release. The combo of hot babes- Ash and Bipasha and the comic tussle between Uday and Chopra and the romantic pairing of Hrithik and Ash is doing well the audiences across the globe. The overseas audience gets to see the global face of India, Aishwarya Rai in a completely different avatar. It is a hands-up winner at all places.

Synopsis: A cool thief Mr. A using gadgets, his charisma and pure athleticism to escape the good cop Jai Dixit and his sub Ali. Mr. Ali is fast and techy in implementing his theft plans. Jai Dixit employs a sensuous female thief, Sunehri to keep a tab on Mr. A. Sunehri once in partnership with Mr. A is bowled by his style and honesty and falls in love with him. Mr. A even falls for the sexy thief, though he later finds out that she came all the way to Brazil with him in accordance to Jai Dixit’s plans. When he asks Sunehri to kill him, she confesses her feelings and so does Mr. A and they work in tandem to fool the cops and Sunehri even saves Mr. A’s life to later on settle down with him. After six months, Jai Dixit finds that Mr. A is alive and that Sunehri is still with him. But now, they are leading respectful lives and he takes no action against them. So, Mr. A a.k.a, Aryan and Sunehri lived happily ever after….and so did Ali, Jai’s sub who found love in Brazilian Bipasha.

The movie was a classic example of fantasies coming true on screen. The movie is packed with stunts that can only be stunts, mindless exposure of the female body and oozing sensuality in every shot. The USP of the movie is definitely Hrithik Roshan who stands out among his other co-stars. The script is fairly descent and offers a good pace and thrill to the storyline. Bipasha’s double role wasn’t necessary at all. Abhishek’s role is reduced with Ash-Hrithik heating up the scene with their romantic tangles. Pritam disappoints with his average composition- Crazy Kiya Re was a face-saver. Though, the sleek and stunning visuals and effects gave the Indian cinema is first genuine contender against many Hollywood hits. And Hrithik rulesssssssssss for sure!
