Rs. 1 Crore song in Bhagam Bhag
The trend of promotional songs used as a part of the marketing strategy, takes a new leap with a mammoth 1 crore song in the pipeline. Reputed Ashtvinayaka Productions have reportedly spent a whopping amount of Rs. 1 crore for the filming of a song in Priyadarshan’s comedy flick Bhagam Bhag.
The much-awaited film has already generated a lot of buzz in the film circuit. The Ashtvinayak distribution-production house is trying a different trick to catch the audience’s attention. The song to be picturised on Govinda and Akshay Kumar will be promotional number and will be used during the end titles of the film. The twist is that you have to wait till the end of the film to get the complete look of this song. Denis Selarka of Ashtavinayak says, “It’s a lavish number, The song will be used for promotional purposes on television too, but the promo duration will be 30/60/90 seconds. Just a jhalak will be seen on TV. For the entire song, you’ll have to wait till the end credits.”
The expensive song is currently being filmed at Yash Raj and Kamal Amrohi studios in Mumbai. And to add the Govinda element to it, choreographer Ganesh Acharya will be directing the number.
