Chudiyan light man drowns in Varanasi

Yash Raj Films’ Chudiyan is already making the headlines for all the unfortunate reasons even before its completion. The Pradeep Sarkar directed movie again took a blow when a light man of the crew drowned in the Ganges.

Reportedly, the light man, 26 yr-old Salim, fell into the river on Wednesday. By around 7 in the evening his body was brought out by the help of divers.

The tragic incident brought stunned silence and grief at the site. The entire crew including actresses Rani Mukherjee and Konkona Sen had been shooting for long hours at the banks of the river Ganga, where the incident took place.
