Banaras enters IFFI for Indian Panorama

Goa will come alive with the colours off the banks of the holy Ganga. Pankaj Parashar directed Banaras makes an entry into the International Film Festival of India (IFFI). The film will be screened in the Indian Panorama section. The selection was inevitable as the film deals with the beauty of India and its alluring power on the mind of a first time visitor to India, who can’t help but fall in love with the country.

The movie showcases the essence of India with a sensitive love story of a disciple and her young music teacher in the locales of the holy city of Varanasi.

Setu Creations’ Banaras- A mystic Love Story has stars like Urmila Matondkar and Ashmit Patel in the lead, along with Naseeruddin Shah, Raj Babar, Dimple Kapadia and Akash Khurana.
