Time Out London gives a thumbs up to Don
The popular Time Out London magazine has raved about Farhan Akhtar’s latest offering, ‘Don’.
After recounting an abridged version of the plot, the review goes on to call the film, ” a slick, suave and superior remake.” About Shah Rukh Khan, the critic Sinanan says, “King Khan is wickedly entertaining with his witty one-liners and Chopra is the perfect Don girl. Akhtar directs with a confident energy which infuses the implausible proceedings with a frentic rush of adrenalin.”
‘Don’ took a commendable £34,000 at the box-office on its previews on Thursday, despite Ramadan.
