Ever since Ram Gopal Verma announced that he would be remaking the classic western Sholay, regarded by many as the best Indian film ever, many pondered over who will reprise the legendary role of the film’s villain Gabbar Singh.
The world of Bollywood was stunned when he decided that Indian film legend Amitabh Bachchan, who played the pivotal role of Jai in the original 1975 Sholay, would enact the role of Gabbar Singh.
And today, he has revealed Amitabh Bachchan’s look - as Gabbar Singh.
The look of Gabbar Singh in one of the biggest act of remakes in Indian cinema is already generating a lot of excitement. And the suspense behind this look was unveiled at a grand party planned by Adlabs on Saturday, October 7, at Le Meridian, Mumbai.

He looks more like a character from a horror movie, complete pancake look, too ott! Whereas the original was natural. He is no doubt one of the most versatile actors in the industry but evil roles are not his forte i.e aks and boom!
