Nisha Ali to release her album

Nisha Ali is trained under the legendary classical musician Ustad Abdul Karim. With such a rich heritage in music ,it was only natural that she became accustomed to and capable of singing classical music from a very early age.

Nisha sang Ghazal duets with the great Mehdi Hassan Khan Sahib for one of his private albums. As a playback singer, Nisha’s been singing for past 10 years for television commercials and has sang jingles to promote major brands like Coca Cola, Pepsi, Lux, Colgate and more (she’s done more than 500 commercials so far) in Pakistan . She’s also lent her voice to number of television drama serials’ original soundtrack.

Though she has sung under the baton of many musicians, her collaborative efforts with her mentor Music Director Imran Ali has brought out the best in her.

But her interests go far beyond music – She has dabbled in everything from poetry to sketching. Being a poet at heart, it was indeed natural for her to pen lyrics for all her songs. She is coming soon with her album Sapna which shall be launched shortly
